The Christian Outreach Multimedia Events (COME) recently united to produce The Chosen an Interfaith Celebration. Members of many different faiths collaborated to bring three actors from The Chosen to the Idaho Center for two faith-filled shows. The actors shared their faith journey and how being part of the production has impacted their lives and desire to follow Jesus Christ. The Show was a success in many ways. Seeing so many people set aside differences and unite around faith in Jesus Christ was uplifting.
In addition to unifying and inspiring our community, the event provided a way to serve those in need. Each attendee was asked to bring food donations to resupply local food banks. The community came through and donated over 50,000 pounds of food. Amazing!
